on the way to work

justin took this on his way to work one morning… i thought it was fantastic!

one day…

… i will be better equipped for this kind of uncertainty…
… i will be less afraid
… i will speak freely
… i will measure myself beyond my weight and income and work
… i will no longer need to be sorry to myself
… i will be able to let it all go

oh…. so that’s what it means:

not on my time

we were sitting at the bar speaking of nothing of consequence and i said well don’t you ever wonder why we all just go along with this whole idea of time and you said yes i do and i don’t know why we all just ‘accept’ it without thought or question.. and what would happen if we rebelled….like arizona.. and i said that sounds so liberating.. and then you said you don’t wear a watch and use your phone for time and you don’t want to know what time it is right now.. so you just turn it down. and i said yeah i don’t wear a watch either… i mean.. i’m not going to literally ‘wear’ time.
